From 5K Runs to Marathon and Triathlon My Endurance Journey

Running has been a transformative journey, shaping not only physical endurance but also mental resilience. The decision to start was fueled by a desire for self-improvement and curiosity about personal limits. Over time, every milestone—from the first 5K to marathon finishes and triathlon attempts—added new lessons and skills.
